Genius has announced today in India the launch of Genius G-Shot DV815z, a multi-fucntional 5-in-1 digital video camera.
The Genius G-Shot DV815z is a multi-fucntional device that works as digital video camera, digital still camera, digital voice recorder, music player and mass storage device (USB pen drive) and it features a 3x optical zoom function and supports DPOF (Digital Print Order Format), for printing pictures.
The new Genius G-Shot DV815z digital video camera is equipped with 4.0 mega pixel super CCD image sensors, and can shoot pictures up to 8.0 mega pixels, besides delivering vivid and lively images.
Lenovo Thinkpad Z61 Series Notebook PC
Lenovo announced the launch of its new ThinkPad Z61 Series notebook PC in India, powered by Intel Core Duo processor with newly enhanced multimedia and wireless connectivity options and equipped with stunning widescreen display.

Sony has introduced its CyberShot DSC-N1 smart digital camera in India featuring a 8.1 Megapixel CCD, Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar 3x optical zoom lenses, and a large 3.0 inch tactile LCD touch screen display.
Sony CyberShot DSC-N1 is powered by Super HAD (Hole Accumulation Diode)1/1.8-inch CCD sensor technology which delivers 8.3 Megapixel (3264 x 2448 pixels) image resolution and sports Carl Zeiss Vario Tessar lens construction with 3x optical zoom and 6x digital zoom. The Super HAD CCD allows a higher light level to pass to each pixel, increasing sensitivity, reducing noise, and utilizing more digital information in reproducing the subject.
Nokia E61 Smartphone In India
Nokia has recently launched in India the Nokia E61, a slim Dual Mode UMTS, triple band GPRS/GSM smartphone which has large 2.8-inch TFT screen supporting 16 million colors and has a backlit full QWERT keyboard and a full array of wireless options.

AMD Launch Next Generation Opteron Processor
Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) has today introduced a next generation AMD Opteron processor featuring the industry-leading performance-per-watt and outstanding virtualization capabilities.
To be available in India in the first week of September 2006, the new version of Opteron processors which is now known as Rev F, is one of the only x86 server processors that will upgrade to native quad-core within the same thermal design power envelope enabling customers to increase computing capacity in typical server farm environment without having to alter datacenter infrastructure.
In addition, the new dual-core Opteron processor chip, would comes with improved virtualization capabilities and upgraded integrated memory.
