Tri-band GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz and EDGE class 10 ready Motorola MOTOROKR E6 PDA mobile phone is based on Linux OS with kJava and it features 2.4-inch (31�42 mm) 256K colors, TFT QVGA display with touch screen technology having 240 x 320 pixels resolution with 8-MB of internal memory and a MicroSD expandable slot allowing upto 2-GB media card support for expanded memory.
The MOTOROKR E6 PDA Mobile phone allows easy access to all of stored contents including music files with the touch of a finger via the large touch screen. The device also offers touch stick.

Sony Walkman NW S700 MP3 Player
Sony has launched its new portable digital MP3 player, the Sony Walkman S700, which offers reduced background noise using unique noise 
cancellation function and features integrated five-band equalizer, FM Tuner and direct recording capability.
The new Sony Walkman S700 series comes with a noise-canceling function which literally cuts down background noise by reducing the ambient noise by 75% (about 12dB at 200 Hz) while not canceling all the ambient noise.
In addition, each headphone features a built-in microphone that detects ambient noise which is then cancelled out by the opposite sound waves it creates, reducing the ambient noise by 75% (about 12dB at 200Hz). Sony claims that the Walkman S700 series delivers the highest sound quality in Walkman history due to this unique integrated noise cancellation technology.

Mitashi has launched in India its new ultra-portable multimedia player, the Mitashi MPL 1003 which features 1-GB storage capacity and is also capable of playing video files.

Samsung Announces SGH-X510 Clamshell Mobile Phone
Samsung has launching its new entry level camera phone, the SGH-X510 Clamshell models at Mobile Asia 2006 in India, which is triband GSM ready and features GPRS connection and VGA resolution camera.
The new Samsung SGH-X510 Mobile Phone is not as slim as some of the recently introduced Ultra Edition Mobile Phones but it is definately light weight at 76 gms and quite slim at about 2.0 cms.
