G’Five Launches A79, A86, I88, G95 and G3D Android Powered Smartphones in India

G’Five, a leading mobile handset maker from China has launched in India its five brand new budget smartphones viz. G’Five A79, A86, I88, G95 and G3D which are all powered by Android operating system and priced between Rs. 6,999 and Rs. 11,999.

Taking a lead in cloud storage space, along with the handset launch, the company has also taken its first step to launch its cloud mobile phone, featuring cloud mobile internet technology called ‘G-Cloud.’ for India customers.

All five G’Five A79, A86, I88, G95 and G3D smartphones runs Android’s operating system, mostly ICS version, and can use the cloud technology to enhance the experience for Indian consumers.

The company is also offering up to 5.5 GB of free cloud storage with these handsets which users can use to store their data, music and video files and promise quick and easy management and control.

These cloud storage enabled handsets offer better synchronization of tasks, schedules and information using G’Five Cloud services viz. ‘G-Cloud’.

The G’Five A79 phone has a large 4.0-inch 10.2-cm HVGA capacitive multi-touch touchscreen having 320 x 480 resolution and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

The G’Five A79 handset is powered by 832 MHz BCM21552 processor and features 5 megapixel rear-facing camera, WCDMA 3G/Wireless Internet connection, 1850mAh battery, GPS/AGPS, G-Sensor and is priced at Rs.  6,999.

G’Five A86

The G’Five A86 phone too features a large 4.0-inch 10.2-cm HVGA capacitive multi-touch touchscreen having 320 x 480 resolution and runs on Android 4.0 ICS version.

The G’Five A86 handset is powered by 1GHz MTK6575 processor and features 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera for video chatting, WCDMA 3G, WiFi connectivity, 2800 mAh battery, GPS/AGPS, G-Sensor, E-Compass and is priced at Rs.  7,999.

G’Five I88+

The G’Five I88+ phone too features a large 4.3-inch 10.9-cm WVGA 480 x 800 capacitive multi-touch touchscreen and runs Android 4.0 ICS version.

The G’Five I88+ handset is powered by 1GHz MTK6575 processor with 512-MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, and features 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera for video chatting, WCDMA 3G/Wireless Internet connection, WiFi connectivity, 2800 mAh battery, GPS/AGPS, G-Sensor, E-Compass and is priced at Rs.  8,899.

G’Five G95

The G’Five G95 handset features a large 5.3-inch 13.5-cm WVGA 480 x 800 capacitive multi-touch touchscreen and runs Android 4.0 ICS version.

The G’Five G95 handset is powered by 1GHz MTK6575 processor with 512-MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, and features 8 megapixel rear-facing camera but does not include any front-facing camera for video chatting, WCDMA 3G/Wireless Internet connection, WiFi connectivity, 2800 mAh battery, GPS/AGPS, G-Sensor, E-Compass and is priced at Rs.  9,499.

G’Five G3D

The G’Five G3D phone too features a large 4.3-inch 10.9-cm WVGA 480 x 800 capacitive multi-touch touchscreen and runs Android 4.0 ICS version.

The G’Five G3D handset is powered by 1GHz MTK6575 processor with 512-MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, and features 8 megapixel rear-facing camera but does not include any front-facing camera for video chatting, WCDMA 3G/Wireless Internet connection, WiFi connectivity, 2800 mAh battery, GPS/AGPS, G-Sensor, E-Compass along with HDMI digital out port and is priced at Rs.  11,899.

Company has also announced it’s plan to release more handsets to its smartphone portfolio to effectively have up to 16 smartphones by the end of September and 42 smartphones by the Q1 of 2013.
