Sharp Corporation has introduce two full touchscreen 3G smartphones, the Sharp SH8128U and Sharp SH8118U Smartphones, in the Chinese market which runs on OS Tapas operating system.
The OS Tapas operating system is based on Google Android operating system for mobile devices and is designed in particular for Chinese market supporting local language scripts.
The Sharp SH8128U and Sharp SH8118U Smartphones come equipped with a large touchscreen LCD and user-friendly interface that is touch-oriented, easy-to-use, and intuitive.
The Sharp SH8128U and Sharp SH8118U models are designed for a comfortable fit in the hand and a high-grade visual appearance with simple flowing lines.
Additionally, mobile Internet services and applications that are popular amongst the Chinese youth make it possible to enjoy social networking services, music, e-books, and more.
Sharp SH8128U Smartphone
The new Sharp SH8128U Smartphone is powered by 600 MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor and it features 3.5-inch display with WVGA resolution of 800×480 pixels, a 5-megapixel CMOS camera with autofocus and flash.
The Sharp SH8128U Smartphone supports W-CDMA/GSM networks, Bluetooth, WLAN, and a slot for microSD memory card for expandable memory.
Sharp SH81188U Smartphone
Sharp SH8118U Smartphone is an entry-level smartphone which is also powered by 600 MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor and it features a slightly smaller 3.2-inch display with HVGA resolution of 480×320 pixels, and a 5-megapixel CMOS camera with autofocus and flash, just like SH8128U model.
The Sharp SH8128U Smartphone supports also W-CDMA/GSM networks, Bluetooth, WLAN, and a slot for microSD memory card for expandable memory.
