Motorola has today announced the launch of Motorola Rambler CDMA mobile phone that features a clam-shell design and boasts of full QWERTY keyboard.
The new Motorola Rambler CDMA phone features a compact clam-shell design and includes an easy-to-use full QWERTY keyboard that enhances the text messaging experience .
Powered by Motorola’s own BREW operating system, the Motorola Rambler CDMA flip phone features a 4-way navigation with a center select key and includes dedicated keys for Speakerphone, Volume control, Messaging, Camera, Web browser, Back, and Voice command input.
Built with texting in mind, the Motorola Rambler CDMA flip phone is CDMA 1900 network ready device that features a large 2.2-inch 176 x 220 pixels TFT primary internal display, a small secondary external display and a 1.3 megapixel fixed focus camera with 4X digital zoom and video recording capability.
For data connectivity, the Motorola Rambler CDMA flip phone offers Stereo Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR wireless connectivity, built-in GPS receiver with TeleNav GPS navigation application, Myriad web browser and miniUSB port for wired connection and charging.

The Motorola Rambler CDMA flip phone is lightweight at 108.01 grams and pretty compact at 56.9 x 93.9 x 17.8mm / 2.24 x 3.7 x 0.7 inches and also features internal antenna, 2.5mm audio port, built-in speakerphone and is displays caller ID on internal and external display and downlodable ringtones and download wallpapers features.
Motorola Rambler CDMA flip phone offers 5 hours of talktime, 20 days stand-by time on full charge and also offers applications for Email and IM support for Yahoo, AIM and Windows Live. In addition, it includes few games like Boost HOOKT and Guitar Hero.
The Motorola Rambler CDMA flip phone will be available in Black color in US market starting August 11, 2010, for $99.99 or Rs. 4,695, with free shipping. There is no news about its availability in India market.
