Samsung has today introduced a new R40 series laptops, the Samsung R440-11 laptop that is powered by Intel Core i3 processor and is equipped with 14-inch 16:9 aspect ratio HD LED-backlit display powered by integrated Intel GMA HD graphics.
The Samsung R40 series R440-11 laptop is designed with the practical yet media-centric user in mind, with functional performance features enveloped in a subtle black pattern finish inside and out.
Samsung R440-11 laptop feature a well-spaced, roomy keyboard, large multi-gesture touchpad and rounded, smoother edges.
The Samsung R440-11 laptop is powered by Intel Core i3-330M Processor and it includes 4-GB DDR3 1066 MHz SDRAM, upto 320GB 5400 rpm 2.5-inch internal hard drive and internal Super multi-layer DVD optical drive easily accommodates all the applications typically used by media-centric consumers.
The R440-11 laptop also boasts of a 14-inch 16:9 aspect ratio, HD LED-backlit display, powered by integrated Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics with shared video memory allowing upto 1366 x 468 pixels screen resolution in 16-million colors.
The Samsung R40 series R440-11 laptop comes with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit Operating System and also features 0.3MP webcam, 802.11bg/n Wi-Fi wireless LAN and
10/100 Ethernet connection.
The laptop is equipped with integrated 3 W Stereo Speaker (1.5 W x 2) and also include 3 USB 2.0 ports, audio and microphone ports, VGA monitor out ports.

Samsung has not yet said what the R440-11 laptop would cost or when would it be available in India market.
