G-Fone 571 Dual-SIM QWERTY Phone Launched by Bright Telecom in India

Bright Telecom has introduced in India its another budget-priced G-Fone series handset, the G-Fone G-571 QWERTY Mobile Phone that is Dual-SIM capable phone that features a large 2.2-inch QVGA TFT 262K colors capable display and clad uncanny looks of Blackberry handset.


Priced for Rs. 3,999, the Blackberry look alike new G-Fone G-571 mobile is a Dual-band GSM 800/1800 MHz network ready bar type handset which is dual-SIM capable offering dual standby mode that also allows working in dual network mode -in GSM + GSM configuration and it features a large 2.2-inch 262K colors 240 x 320 pixels QVGA TFT display and a large QWERTY keypad that’s well spaced and easy on the fingers.

The G-Fone G-571 QWERTY phone is powered by 208 MHz processor and it offers microSD card support for expandable storage of upto 8-GB and allows 3000 entries phone book and 2000 SMS memory and can also be used as mass storage device.

The G-Fone G-571 QWERTY mobile weighs 105 gms is identical in size to previously launched G-Fone G-588 Dual-SIM QWERTY Phone, measuring 112 x 62.5 x 12.2 mm in size and also features 1.3 megapixel camera with flash support offering digital zoom and video recording in standard 3GP and MP4 formats. The handset can also be used as standalone webcam when connected to a laptop/PC.

The handset also feature MP3 player supporting MP3, AAC and AMR files, FM radio and support polyphonic ring-tones in MP3, MIDI, AAC and AMR audio formats. MP3 audio (and FM) can also be played on speaker phone and in background.

For data connectivity, the dual-SIM capable G-Fone G-571 handset provides GPRS class 12, EDGE class 12, Bluetooth 2.0 + A2DP, and miniUSB wired connection and the handset comes with a strong 1050 mAh Li-ion battery which can provides upto 4 hours of talktime and 240 hours of standby time.

The G-Fone G-571 QWERTY phone also comes loaded with the Nimbuzz (all-in-one manager) application that provides users single point access to Facebook, Twitter, Skype and a host of other messenger services like, G-Talk, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, etc. With the support of faster EDGE connection, it is also possible to use mobile phone as virtual VOIP device to make phone calls to chat buddies.

In addition, the phone also includes Snaptu, a Indian Calendar offering accurate info on various Hindu rituals & festivals and supports Hindi in Menu and SMS.
