Micromax W900 Windows Mobile 6.1 Powered Smartphone Launched

Micromax has launched its new quad-band GSM handset, Micromax W900 Smartphone that is a low cost handset powered by Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system and features 3.2-inch WQVGA full touchscreen display, WiFi support and GPS receiver allowing voice assisted GPS navigation with mapmyindia service.


The low cost candy-bar style Micromax W900 smartphone is quad-band GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz network ready handset and is powered by K3 Hi3611 460MHz processor and it runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional Edition operating system and offers all the standard windows mobile applications and tools including Microsoft office suite in addition to all the Apps one need to organize business and pleasure needs.

The Micromax W900 comes equipped with 3.2-inch, 400 x 240 pixels wide, 262K color capable WQVGA touch screen display offering easy to use and responsive touch screen functions for smooth navigation and features three way navigational key below display. It comes with 128-MB of internal RAM along with 256MB or ROM and offers support for microSD slot with upto 16-GB maximum storage capacity allowing practically unlimited entries phonebook which also supports Caller picture and Caller ring tone.
