After immense success of Corby brand of phone, Samsung seems to be preparing for launch of its Samsung Corby Folder phone in Korea which is likely to be called W930 or W9300 or W9350 and features a typical Clamshell design.
The Samsung Corby Folder W930/W9300/W9350 phone is 11.9 mm thick and features a 2.6-inch QVGA display and features cluster of LEDs in icon form on the outer side.
The Corby Folder phone has microSD card support for upto 16-GB capacity extended memory and features combination of Class 12 GPRS and Class 10 EDGE that provides good connectivity features. In addition, the handset also offers miniUSB 2.0 and Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP, DMB for south Korea and WAP x/HTML browser.
LG GT350 mobile phone comes equipped with 3.15 Megapixel Autofocus camera offering 4X digital zoom and video recording capability in addition to a front-facing VGA resolution for video calling, and features built in music player that can play MP3, MP4, AAC, AAC+, EAAC+ and WMA.
Only about 113 gms, the Samsung Corby Folder phone is 3G capable and it supports EVDO Rev. A or HSDPA 3.6Mbps network connection and also features e-dictionary, Subway Maps for Korea region, and mobile tracker with SOS.
To be available in vibrant Candy Pink, Lime Green and Blue Black colors the Samsung Corby Folder will initially go for sale only in Korea from operators KT, SKT and LGT as SPH-W9300, SCH-W930 and SPH-W9350 respectively.
