Intex Launched iSmart QWERTY Dual-SIM Capable Mobile Phone

Intex Technologies has recently launched in India its brand new Intex iSmart mobile phone that features 2.2-inch 256K color capable TFT display and features a large QWERTY keypad.

Also resembling a bit like Blackberry handset, the new Intex iSmart QWERTY mobile has a Dual-band GSM 900/1800 MHz Bar type phone and it has 2.2-inch 256K color capable TFT display and features a large QWERTY keypad that’s well spaced and easy on the fingers. The user interface is attractive but quite sluggish.

Dual SIM (GSM+GSM) capable Intex iSmart mobile measures 111 x 58 x 12.8 mm in size and offers microSD card support for upto 4-GB expandable storage allowing 1000 entries phone book and 270 SMS memory and is equipped with Motion Sensor.

Extremely light-weight at just 99.5 gms, the new Intex iSmart QWERTY mobile includes VGA resolution camera having 640 x 480 pixel still image resolution with video recording capabilities and also features GPRS, WAP, Bluetooth 2.0+ A2DP connection, FM Radio (no recording), Audio player with Equalizer, video player for 3GP and MPEG4 files, voice recorder, and built-in Flash light. In addition, the handset can be used as mass storage device and also feature Java support and games.

The handset also features shortcuts available for Facebook, MSN and QuickIM for chatting and applications like world clock, alarm clock, calculator, calendar and stopwatch.

The Intex iSmart handset is available for the price of Rs. 4,600/- with one year warranty and it comes with 1450 mAh li-ion battery which provides upto 9 hours and 30 mins of talk time with upto 240 hours of standby time.
