LG Launched LG GT350 Mobile Phone With Slide-out QWERTY Keyboard

LG has recently announced the launch of its new LG GT350 Mobile Phone that features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and promises to bring in outstanding social networking application.


The LG GT350 handset is a QWERTY device like Samsung B3310 CorbyMate and Sony Ericsson Aspen and it comes with the combination of full four line slide-out QWERTY keyboard and the touch screen.

Just under the touchscreen display, there are two buttons for calling and ending the calls, in addition to a central menu button in between them. When the mobile phone is slid open by pushing the display screen towards the right, a 4-lines full QWERTY keyboard becomes visible that makes the mobile phone even more comfortable to text and type.

LG GT350 is capable of integrating information onto one screen from numerous social networking sites including Facebook and Twitter allowing users check, updates and status on different social networks and also reply to the messages.

The new LG GT350 mobile phone to some extent follows the designing style of previous Samsung B5310 Corby Pro model and both the mobile phone features slide-out QWERTY keyboard towards the right and include the combination of touch screen and the full QWERTY keyboard.

A full QWERTY and 3.0-inch big TFT touch screen display makes it an ideal tool for the social network integration. Its predecessor LG KS360 had three rows in the QWERTY keyboard, while the GT350 features four rows.

The new LG GT350 phone supports GSM quad band network 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and 3G network 2100/900 MHz networks and the phone features a big 3.0 inches TFT resistive touch screen that is capable of producing 256K colours and 240 x 400 pixel resolution. The handset is also supportive of the microSD cards for enhancing the memory up to 16GB.

LG GT350 phone supports HSDPA 900 / 2100 MHz connection allowing high speed browsing experience with 7.2 Mbps HSDPA and also features combination of Class 12 GPRS and Class 10 EDGE that provides good connectivity features. In addition, the handset also offers microUSB 2.0 and Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP. However, the handset does not offer WiFi connectivity.

The LG GT350 offers support for multiple e-mail accounts besides offering real-time push e-mail that immediately notifies users when they receive new e-mails.

LG GT350 mobile phone comes equipped with 3.15 Megapixel Autofocus camera offering 4X digital zoom and video recording capability and features built in music player that can play MP3, MP4, AAC, AAC+, EAAC+ and WMA.  In addition, the handset also includes a stereo FM with RDS.

The new LG GT350 will be available in different shades such as purple, aqua blue, black, and light silver and is expected to be made available by April 2010.
