Karbonn Mobiles has recently announced the launch of Karbonn K10 mobile phone, which is another most economical full QWERTY handset in its class that features 2.0-inch 65K capable display and is dual-SIM capable phone.
Tri-band GSM 900/ 1800 /1900 MHz Network ready Karbonn K10 Dual-SIM phone features a candy bar style design a lot resembling a typical Blackberry and has a 4-way joystick navigation key allowing moving around the screen with two Call/Send keys for each SIM flanked on the left side of joystick along with Escape/Back and End/Power key on the right side. The keypad also feature Alt, Enter, Shift, Backspace and Special Symbol keys.
The phone features 2.0-inch, 64K Colors, 320 x 240 pixels QVGA TFT Display that shows 7 lines. In addition, the phone comes equipped with 259-MB internal memory with added support for upto 8-GB microSD expandable memory card allowing upto 900 entries phonebok with 200 SMS memory and 100 MMS memory along with 20 dialed call register.
Measuring 111.7 x 57 x 13.5 mm, the new Karbonn K10 Dual-SIM phone also offers 1.3 megapixel camera with digital zoom with video recording capability in 3GP format.
In addition, for connectivity, Karbonn K10 Dual-SIM offers GPRS class 10, and Bluetooth v2.0 wireless connection, and hi-speed microUSB 2.0 port.
Available in single Black color, the new Karbonn K10 Dual-SIM phone weighs only 95 gms and comes with Stereo FM radio, MP3 media player that supports MP3/MIDI/AMR and WAV audio file formats, video player that supports standard 3GP video file formats and is equipped with JAVA MIDP 2.1, WAP 2.0/xHTML browser. Users can tune into FM radio for audio entertainment or play music using built-in MP3 media player and can continue to listen to the background music even as they access various phone applications.
Equipped with 900 mAh standard Li-ion battery that provides upto 2.5 hrs talktime and upto 200 hrs of standby time, the Karbonn K10 Dual-SIM handset’s other features includes Vibrate mode, Handsfree Speakerphone, SMS/MMS/EMS messaging, MP3/MIDI ringtones, call conferencing, support for English/Hindi and Telugu, and few embedded games.
Karbonn K10 handset comes with several applications including Calculator, Alarm Clock, World Time, To-do-list, voice recording and health management and offers built-in access social networking sites like Facebook, eMSN, eBuddy and Twitter.
The Karbonn K10 Dual-SIM mobilephone is available for expected to retail by end of Feb 2010 at estimated price of about Rs. 4,150/- with one year standard warranty.
