HP has launched its new monochrome laser printer, LaserJet P1007, which can print up to 35 pages per minutes with maximum 1200 dpi printing resolution.
Target the overall SME sector in the region that is looking to increase business efficiency through cost and energy savings, the new HP LaserJet P1007 printers is based on laser spherical toner printing system, that uses a much smaller monochrome toner cartridge that produces bold, crisp text and sharper images with print speed of 15 ppm.
Powered by 266 MHz processor, the HP LaserJet P1007 monochrome laser printer comes with 2-MB RAM (Expandable to 512 MB) and has fast warm up of first page out in 8.5-seconds and there after average 4.4 seconds. In addition, it offers duty-cycle of upto 5000 pages per month.
HP LaserJet P1007 printer is equipped with tabloid printing capabilities which help produce prints that are perfectly suited for marketing proofs, architectural plans, or financial ledgers and spreadsheets and its so called Instant Technology helps reducing the warm-up time, allowing the first page to be printed in 10 seconds.
The HP LaserJet P1007 sports hi-speed USB 2.0 in addition to Parallel port for data connectivity and it has only one input tray without manual feed slot and the tray holds only 150 sheets. The output tray can hold 100 sheets.
