Lenovo has announced the launch of new Lenovo ThinkPad X300 647418Q Notebook PC which is powered by 1.20 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor SL7100 and it features, 13.3-inch WXGA+ TFT display, integrated Bluetooth with EDR connection, 24x DVD Writer, built-in Fingerprint reader, integrated Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g LAN connection and Solid State Drive for storage.
Powered by 1.20 GHz, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor SL7100, the ultra-thin and light weight Lenovo ThinkPad X300 Notebook PC is only 18.6 mm thick and weighs about 2.08 kgs with battery pack and it features, 2-MB L2 Cache, 800 Mhz FSB, Intel Mobile 965GM / 945GM Express chipset mainboard, 2-GB DDDR2 PC2-5300 667 MHz SDRAM (max 4GB), 64-GB SATA Solid State Drive (SSD) and Slot-in 24x DVD Super Multi Dual Layer (8.5 GB) DVD writer or Blu-ray DVD reader.
The body of Lenovo ThinkPad X300 notebook PC is made up of a light shade of metallic silver color material and has the Lenovo tag emblazoned across the top.
Acer Aspire One NetBook
Acer has announced the launch of Acer Aspire One sub-notebook PC, Acer’s first mobile Internet device (NetBook) for the Indian market, which is powered by Intel Atom N270 Processor and it features 8.9-inch display, integrated WiFi 802.11b/g wireless LAN connection, integrated 1.3 MP webcam, built-in 5-in-1 SDHC and multi-format media card reader slot, and 8-GB solid state hard drive.
The Acer Aspire One ultra-portable laptop is designed as low-cost, Internet-centric mobile computing devices also called ‘netBook‘ which is powered by 1.6 GHz ultra low voltage Intel Atom N270 Processor with 512-MB L2 Cache, 533 MHz FSB, and it features Intel Mobile Intel 945 GSE express chipset mainboard, 512-MB of DDR2 533 MHz SDRAM – upgradeable to maximum of 1-GB using two soDIMM modules, and 8-GB solid state hard drive (Flash drive).
The Acer Aspire One Netbook also offers option for connecting a standard 2.5-inch notebook hard drive internally.

Nokia has announced the launch of its new 3G network ready Nokia N96 SmartPhone, which is a dual-slide quad-band GSM Phone features 2.8-inch 16-million colors display, 16-GB of internal shared internal memory with microSD Card, 5.0 MP Digital Camera and secondary VGA camera, Real Media Player, FM Tuner, Bluetooth with A2DP, WiFi 802.11 b/g wireless LAN connection, built-in GPS receiver with Nokia Maps and ultrafast HSCSD wireless connection and EDGE connectivity options.
The quad-band GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz, 3G HSDPA 2100 and 900 MHz and EDGE network along with HSCSD (High-Speed Circuit-Switched Data) network ready Nokia N96 mobilephone has 240 x 320 pixels, 2.8 inches, 16 Million colours TFT display. The display is not a touchscreen and phone does not sport full qwerty keyboard.
A five-way directional button on the front of the device controls most of the mobilephone’s menus and features. The Nokia N96 is equipped with 264 MHz Dual ARM 9 Processor and it features Symbian OS S60 release 3.2 operating software.
