HCL Ezeebee MAX Z991 Desktop PC
The HCL’s new Ezeebee MAX Z991 Desktop PC is powered by 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E4500 and features Wireless 802.11 LAN interface and it comes with 17-inch LCD TFT monitor and Linux OS preinstalled.
The HCL Ezeebee MAX Z991 Desktop PC is powered by 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E4500 with 2-MB L2 cache, 800 MHz FSB and it features Intel 945GM Chipset, 1-GB DDR2 Memory (667 MHz), 160-GB Serial-ATA 7200rpm Hard Disk Drive and slide-in 32x DVD Super Multi Dual Layer DVD writer with upto 8.5GB data capacity.
The HCL Ezeebee MAX Z991 Desktop PC comes with 17-inch (43 cm) widescreen TFT LCD Monitor with Digital Video Interface powered by built-in Intel Graphics Media Accelerator GMA950 with DVMT 3.0 with 64 MB Shared Video Memory.
With Linux OS preinstalled, the HCL Ezeebee MAX Z991 Desktop PC also features built-in WiFi 802.11 a/b/g wireless network connectivity and offers integrated 56kbps modem and 10/100 Ethernet LAN card for wired connectivity.
The HCL Ezeebee MAX Z991 Desktop PC also features advanced 6-channel audio hardware built-in on the Intel 945GM chipset motherboard which enables the system to produce sound on six different channels viz. 2 in front, 2 in rear, one sub woofer and one center speaker in a surround speaker system.
But to be able to use 6 channels correctly a user would need to setup a complete set of 5.1 speaker system with 2+2+1+central speaker units. A conventional 2 speaker system would not allow intended use of 5.1 audio hardware.
Linux OS preinstalled HCL Ezeebee MAX Z991 Desktop PC offers ATX Cabinet with SMPS, 1.44 FDD, S-Video TV output, IEEE 1394 Port, 2 USB Ports and it comes with standard Multimedia Keyboard, optical mouse, Octa-X Headphone cum Mic and 2.1 ATP3 Altec Lansing Stereo Speakers with sub-woofer.
