Dell Vostro 1400 Notebook PC Launched
Dell has launched Vostro 1400 notebook PC which is powered by Intel Centrino Duo Mobile technology featuring 1.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5470 and it sports 14.1-inch Widescreen WXGA TFT display, integrated 802.11g Wi-Fi connection, 8-in-1 media card reader and comes with Windows Vista preinstalled.
Weighing about 2.45 Kgs, the new Dell Vostro 1400 notebook PC is powered by 1.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5470 with 2MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB, Intel 965GM Express chipset, 1-GB DDR2 SDRAM, 80-GB SATA hard disk drive (5400 rpm), and standard 24X CD Burner/DVD-RW Combo Optical Drive.
The new Dell Vostro series of laptop, which means “yours” in Latin, offers enhanced durability with magnesium-alloy chassis, sealed keyboards and StrikeZone hard drives.
Dell Vostro 1400 notebook PC sports 14.1 inch (35.8 cm) Widescreen WXGA TFT Display allowing maximum 1280×800 pixels resolution using Intel Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator GMA X3100 graphic chipset.
Windows Vista Home Basic edition preinstalled Dell Vostro 1400 offers wireless 1390 / 802.11g Wi-Fi Mini Card for wireless networking and it also features integrated 10/100 Gigabit Ethernet LAN controller, built-in 56kbps V.92 Fax/Modem, 4x USB 2.0 ports, IEEE 1394, 8-in-1 Media Card Reader, VGA video output & S-Video and integrated stereo speakers.
Dell Vostro 1400 comes with 85 WHr 9-cell Lithium Ion Primary Battery which provides up to 8 hours of battery life with full charge.
