Kodak EasyShare C653 Digital Camera

Kodak has recently announced in India, the Kodak EasyShare C653, a 6.1 megapixel digital camera which offers 3X optical zoom with 5X continuous digital zoom and supports expandable memory card.

kodak-easyshare-c653Equipped with 1/2.5 inch CCD Sensor, the Kodak EasyShare C653 digital camera features 2.4-inch (6.1 cm) wide LCD color display(cum viewfinder), 32 MB internal memory (22 MB available for picture storage) with SD/MMC card expansion slot support, and USB v2.0 port.

Weighing about 143 grams without batteries and memory card, the Kodak EasyShare C653 digital camera can capture still pictures in JPEG/EXIF format with maximum 2848 � 2144 pixels resolution (6.1 megapixel).

3X optical zoom lens - 5X digital zoom

Kodak EasyShare C653 digital camera features KODAK AF 3X Optical Aspheric Lens which captures crisp details and offers 3X optical zoom (35 mm equivalent: 36�108 mm) without losing picture quality. In addition, the camera also offers 5X continuous digital with LCD preview in 0.2X increments.

Scene modes offered by Kodak C653 digital camera includes: high-ISO, portrait, night portrait, landscape, night landscape, beach, text, flower, children, fireworks, party, self portrait, close-up, sports, snow, backlight, manner/museum, sunset, panorama, candelight.

The Kodak C653 digital camera also allows video capture in standard QUICKTIME MOV (MPEG-4) format with audio recording. In addition it also offers video recording in 640×480 VGA resolution at 10 fps, and in 320×240 QVGA resolution at 20 fps, with maximum 80 minutes of continuous recording.

Video print options including 4, 9, or 16 up prints, plus view and share single frames. In addition, the Kodak C653 digital camera allows capturing more video while using less memory with MPEG-4 compression.
