Toshiba Satellite A100-P542 Widescreen Notebook PC
Toshiba has recently introduced their new notebook PC, Satellite A100-P542, powered by Intel Core Solo Processor 380 (1.66 GHz speed) featuring widescreen 15.4-inch WXGA Clear SuperView TFT display with ATI Mobility Radeon graphics technology.
The Intel Core Solo Processor T1300 powered 1.66 GHz Toshiba Satellite A100-P542 notebook PC features 2-MB L2 cache, 667 MHz FSB, 512-MB DDR2 SDRAM, 80-GB Serial ATA (SATA) hard disk drive with shock absorber, a DVD-RW SuperMulti Double Layer DVD Writer, and has Windows XP home edition preloaded along with Toshiba ConfigFree tools.
Toshiba Satellite A100-P542 Notebook PC is equipped with 15.4-inch (39.1 cms) WXGA Clear SuperView TFT display with ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 with 128-MB Hypermemory which delivers maximum resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels with maximum 16.7 million colors.
The Toshiba Satellite A100-P542 Notebook PC has Lithium-ion battery which provides maximum of 2.5 hours of power.
For wireless communication, Toshiba Satellite A100-P542 is equipped with integrated 802.11b/g, Intel PRO Wireless 3945ABG Network interface and Bluetooth v2.0. The notebook also features a 5-in-1 card reader, Express card slot, IEEE 1394 Port, S-Video TV out port and 4x USB v2.0 ports.
