Sony-Ericsson Z550i Clamshell Camera Mobile Phone
Sony-Ericsson has recently introduced in india its new Z550i clamshell mobile phone which features a 1.3 Megapixel digital camera, integrated MP3 music player and integrated FM radio.
The new Sony-Ericsson Z550i has clamshell design and sports a classy brush metal finish. The triband GSM (900/1800/1900 MHz) handset has an internal large 256K colors 30 x 37 mm size color TFT display with 176 x 220 pixels resolution and a second external STN mono display with 128 x 36 pixels resolution.
The Z550i is equipped with a 1.3 Megapixel camera with 1280 x 1024 pixels resolution, 4X digital zoom with capability to record video clips. In addition, the Sony-Ericsson Z550i also sports integrated FM radio and MP3 media player which supports audio formats like MP3/AAC.
Available in Sterling Black or Pearl Copper colors, the new Sony-Ericsson Z550i has 20-MB of internal memory which can be expanded to maximum 1-GB using a Memroy Stick Micro (M2). Other features include GPRS Class 10, 32 – 48 kbps internet connectivity, Bluetooth v2.0 connectivity, WAP 2.0 with xHTML browser and USB 2.0 support for PC connection.
Fully JAVA capable, the new Sony-Ericsson Z550i offers onboard 3D games and PlayNow Ring tones and Games. The phone also supports video recording & playback, QuickShare SMS function, EMS and MMS Email (POP3/IMAP4) Push email.
Sony-Ericsson Z550i mobile phone has standard Li-Pol 900 mAh battery which delivers upto 320 hours of stand-by time and upto 5 hours of talk time on full charge.
Weighing just about 93 gms, the new Sony-Ericsson Z550i mobile phone is quite handy with compact size of 87.5 x 45.4 x 20 mm (HWD).
