nokia-6020Nokia announced its new triband GSM Nokia 6020 mobile phone in India which features high-resolution VGA camera and GPRS/EDGE for ultra fast Internet access.

The new Nokia 6020 is a triband GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900 handset which features 65K colors, TFT (128 x 128 pixels) 5 lines color display, Polyphonic (16 channels) ringtones and has VGA video camera with 640 x 480 pixels resolution for still picture capture. The VGA camera also allows video clips recording for upto 50 seconds each.

Few other featrues of Nokia 6020 mobile phone includes; animated greetings, VGA-resolution images, and video clips via multimedia messaging, group chatting, Push to Talk, send and receive email, Flash messages, SMS, and Instant Messaging.

Nokia 6020 mobile phone also sports GPRS connection Class 10 (4+1/3+2 slots), 32 - 48 kbps, EDGE connection Class 6, 177.6 kbps allowing upto 3 times faster internet access, Infrared port, USB connection and comes with WAP 2.0/xHTML Browser. Contact lists and calendar can locally or remotely be synchronized using SyncML feature.

Nokia 6020 mobile phone has Standard, Li-Ion 760 mAh (BL-5B) battery which delivers upto 330 hours of stand-by time and upto 3 hours of talk time on full charge.
