Samsung India has recently launched its 19-inch wide format color LCD monitor, 940 BW, in the Indian market which allows the user to view two whole A4 size pages side by side, making it ideal for stock market brokers, BPOs, graphic designers, convergence applications etc.
The new Samsung 940 BW LCD monitor is equipped with built-in HDCP (High Bandwidth Digital Content Protection) technology protecting copyrighted contents from being illegally copied.
In addition a fast response time of 4 ms in the 940 BW ensures that every motion is captured with clarity and without any after image, especially for games and movies.
The MagicBright2 function in the Samsung 19-inch 940 BW LCD monitor facilitates the best viewing environment for each type of image with different viewing modes, such as text, Internet, movie, game and sports.
With the MagicTune feature in Samsung 940 BW monitor, the user can adjust the size, contrast and brightness of the screen to fit the surroundings by using just a mouse instead of an on-screen display button.
R. Zutshi, dy. managing director, Samsung India, said, “Given the growing popularity of the 19″ and above LCD monitors as well as the wide screen format monitors on a worldwide basis, we are introducing our wide format LCD monitors in the 19″ and above screen sized segments in India.”
The company also plans to introduce wide format (16:10 aspect ratio) LCD monitors in 20-inch and 21-inch screen sizes in the third quarter of this year for indian market.
