Sony SDM-HS75 17-inch LCD Monitor
Sony India recently lauched an attractive, glossy 17-inch LCD monitor, SDM-HS75 which supports 16ms response rates, 500:1 contrast ratio and weighs just under 5 kgs.
Combined with Ergo Bright technology, the new Sony SDM-HS75 17-inch LCD monitor is equipped with one-touch brightness and contrast control and is quite thin and lightweight design which produces rich, brilliant colors with good accuracy.
Sony SDM-HS75 monitor’s LCD panel is covered with a film that gives the screen a glossy look similar to that of a plasma TV. As a result of this, colors are vibrant, but the coating� produce a distracting glare which can be very annoying.
The Sony SDM-HS75 LCD monitor incorporates unique technologies demanded by today’s high-powered graphic applications such as desktop publishing, game consoles, action-packed movies and live action sports.
The Sony SDM-HS75 LCD monitor at the backside has power connector, analog input, and DVI port all located in a square recession that opens up at the bottom of the panel to accommodate the cables with a pewter faceplate at the back for hiding the ports and the cable connections.
Featuring a high brightness of 250 cd/m2 with 16 ms response rates, the Sony SDM-HS75 LCD monitor supports a contrast ratio of 500:1 for brilliant colors and photo-like image quality.
Sony SDM-HS75 17-inch LCD color monitor is capable of delivering maximum resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels and it delivers space efficiency with a slim bezel and sound ergonomics with an adjustable tilt stand.
The only thing seems to be missing from Sony SDM-HS75 LCD monitor perhaps is built-in audio speakers and audio ports which are so much common with many 17-inch LCD monitors today.
