$30 GSM Mobile Phone Handset launched
GSMA, a global body of GSM operators has launched world’s most economical mobile phone handset for less than Rs. 1,350 or $30 and announced their ambition to connect half of the entire world population with mobile phone by the year 2010.
GSM operators Association (GSMA) also said in an official release that this weekend, the mobile phone industry will connect the 2nd billionth GSM mobile phone user in the world.
GSM-based mobile services have also seen phenomenal growth in India, where out of the 100 million mobile subscriber base, the GSM based mobile user base is 80 million. China is the largest single GSM market in the world today with more than 370 million users and the USA has 78 million users.
Sahara NB7630-N7 Tablet PC
Sahara Computers introduced their Windows XP based slate-type Tablet PC, NB7630-N7 in the early 2006. The new NB7630-N7 tablet PC is powered by Intel Pentium M Dothan 1.7-GHz processor and a USB pluggable 8x dual layer DVD burner.
The compact Wi-Fi enabled Sahara NB7630-N7 Tablet PC is equipped with a 12.1-inch TFT display that offers full 180 degree rotation ideally suited for presentation purposes, battery life of about four hours and weighs just about 2.5 Kg.
Powered by Intel Pentium M Dothan 1.7GHz processor, the Sahara NB7630-N7 Tablet PC sports 512 MB DDR RAM which can be further upgraded to 2GB and 12.1 inch TFT screen which gives maximum of 1024×768 resolution on its XGA screen. Toshiba Qosmio F20 Multimedia Notebook With DVD Writer

Asus J206 iPod Style Music Phone
Asus, the motherboard major has introduced, J206, a mobile phone which features full portable music playback including MP3/AAC/WAV music file format support.
Asus J206 is capable of 12 hours of playback time, has 60 MB of internal memory, and a microSD slot which allows up to 2 GB memory expansion for more music on the phone.
The Asus J206 seems to be so heavily inspired by iPod design that it has the iPod click-wheel interface almost copied, right down to the icons and placement.
The sensor under the touch pad detect heat from your hand and then the phone will determine the action. This type of the design is nice since it give you all the music player control you need. Plus it enables scrolling the music playlist simply by moving hand on the touch pad.

ATI Launches ‘Boundless Gaming’, A CrossFire X1900 Multi-GPU Gaming Solution
ATI, the 3D graphics world leader is introducing the CrossFire X1900 multi-GPU solution, which gives gamers a choice of asymmetrical physics configurations, what ATI is calling “boundless gaming”.
The ATI ‘Boundless Gaming’ setup requires either one or two graphics cards for rendering, along with a separate graphics card dedicated for physics processing or so called environmental creator.
According to ATI, the “Boundless” refers to the open architecture that allows for different cards to be used in each role, so gamers can decide between various high and low end cards to handle various function.
ASUS Unveils Z92T AMD Turion 64 X2 Based Notebook PC
ASUS has recently announced the launch of new notebook, Z92T, which features an AMD’s newest Dual Core 1.6GHz TL50 Turion 64 X2 Mobile processor, to deliver both awesome power, and great performance.

9.2 Million Indians Expected To Seek Jobs Online By 2007
According to a report by IAMAI, India’s online job seeking population grew by 71 percent from 3.8 million in 2004-05 to 6.5 million in 2005-06. The IAMAI report puts the market size of the Indian online recruitment industry at $32.9 million.
According to a study conducted by Internet & Mobile Association of India (IAMAI), about 100 million Indians are expected to use the Internet by 2007-08 from the present 38.5 million. As a result, the number of online job seekers is expected to cross 9.2 million this year (2006-07).
IAMAI President Subho Ray suggests that there are enough reasons as well to search for a plum job on the net.
“Internet is the most immediate, convenient and comprehensive resource for employment seekers to research for jobs and careers and the online job sites apart from offering a huge data bank offer myriad of tools both job seekers and employers,” asserts IAMAI President Subho Ray.
